Who We Are
We are women on a mission inspired to inform, teach and reach people for Christ using spa therapies infused with God's Word. Jesus set the example of taking regular time out to recharge and refresh himself in the spirit. His example is a model for us stressing the importance and significance of balance by putting God first and taking care of ourselves to work effectively in meeting the needs of others with energy, enthusiasm and positive effort.
What We're About
SpaDayR3 began as a personal journey of healing as a way to recover from stress and debilitating panic attacks and turned into a regular practice of self-care, utilizing the benefits of reflexology, acupressure, massage, aromatherapy, meditation, prayer and study in God's Word. Experiencing the spiritual physical awakening turned into a sincere desire and passion to share with others. With God's blessing, inspiration and guidance, SpaDay (Spiritual physical awakening in Devoting attention to yourself) came into being. As a practice of self-engagement in promoting physical and emotional well-being, enhancing our relationship with the Lord and being enlightened to his Word, the benefits of this application, aptly named R3 (a renewed mind, refreshed in the spirit with a rejuvenated body) became the motivation behind SpaDay, thus, SpaDayR3 was born!
